Birchathletica.com purchases can be returned within 3 days of delivery to the shipping address for a refund. Refund shall not include delivery charges, and COD charges, if applicable. For refunds, returns shall not be accepted after the stipulated three-day timeline.
Furthermore, customers can request an exchange for an alternate size or product within 5 days of delivery of the gear to the shipping address. You can exchange the product for the same value of goods or above. If above, you will have to meet the balance of the order. Exchange of gear is allowed only ONCE per order.
Any order subject to refund or exchange, it will only be accepted after the gear has reached the shipping location and a thorough QC has been conducted.
